Students must submit a completed application, either online or on paper.  Additional steps of the application process include a personal interview by the Upward Bound staff, a review of academic records, and a conversation with the student's parent/guardian.  All information obtained about the student and the family is kept strictly confidential.

Applications are available from the Upward Bound office, from the In-School Contact at each high school, or at the links on this page.  Due to the limited number of students we can serve, selection can be competitive.  However, students who aren't selected immediately may be put on a waiting list, and can be admitted into the program when an opening becomes available.
