Owen graduated from Buckhannon-Upshur High School in 2013. He went on to Wheeling Jesuit University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management and continued on to earn a Master's Degree in Buisiness Administration. He also completed a second Master's Degree in Education. During his college years, Owen returned to work with the Salem University Upward Bound program as Summer Assistant and Summer Counselor for several years, then returned to take a full-time position with Salem University Upward Bound as our Program Counselor. He recently got married, and is currently working for the Federal Government.
