Enrichment Classes

Sophomores & Juniors take their choice of "Enrichment" classes in the afternoon (classes to be announced soon). These classes are designed to allow students to explore different fields and expand their interests.

College & Career Readiness

Sophomores & Juniors take a Careers class on Wednesday afternoons to learn about college & careers.

Seniors spend Wednesday mornings exploring different careers on and off campus. Twice a week we have Senior Careers Class geared toward jump starting their Senior year tasks.  Seniors are also placed in job shadowing roles three afternoons a week where they can get paid to learn workplace skills and career options.

Prevention Classes

Sophomores & Juniors spend Wednesday mornings in a Positive Prevention class where they learn about healthy choices and relationships.

Test Prep

During our evening Skills Strengthening class, students prepare and practice for the SAT with the TestBright curriculum taught by Language Arts and Math teachers.

Evening Activities

Evenings are packed full of fun, engaging activities, guest speakers and field trips. Some of our activities this summer include swimming, movies, bonfire, group olympics, community service, and more!

July 23-25 is our end-of-summer trip to Wheeling, WV and Pittsburgh, PA. In Wheeling, we will explore WV Independence Hall and the campuses of Wheeling University and West Liberty University. In Pittsburgh we'll discover the University of Pittsburgh's Cathedral of Learning and Nationality Classrooms. We'll have a fun afternoon at Kennywood Park, followed by some time at the Carnegie Science Center.
