December Activities

Our students were busy during the month of December!

We had a blast and learned a lot at the December Saturday Session. Everyone enjoyed visiting with some of our alumni and former Summer Assistants who came back to speak with our Seniors about college life. We also got a little goofy (and competitive) playing "Reindeer Games."

Our students also participated in various community service projects in December. Here are some of the ways that UB students gave back: Buckhannon-Upshur, Doddridge, Webster & Ritchie County students prepared Christmas cards for Senior Centers and for patients at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Students from Liberty, Lincoln, RCB, & South Harrison volunteered at the United Way office gift-wrapping for the community and painting/cleaning their new offices. Webster County students made a “Thank You” sign in tribute to the Webster County Fire Department.
