2018 Senior Trip to New York City

We took 21 Seniors this year on our annual Senior Trip to the Big Apple! After driving through the night on Thursday, students arrived in the City on Friday morning. They got the chance to check out the Today Show window and have breakfast at Rockefeller Center. We then boarded the bus again for a guided city tour, which included St. John’s Cathedral, Central Park, Harlem, and more. The students got to experience the breathtaking views from the Top of the Rock, followed by lunch and shopping in Times Square. We ended the day with dinner at Planet Hollywood and an amazing performance of “The Lion King” on Broadway. Our fun-filled day on Saturday started in lower Manhattan with the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, then we headed to the South Street Seaport for lunch and shopping and a view of the Brooklyn Bridge. We then headed to Greenwich Village where we got to see the incredible Blue Man Group show, then to the Chelsea neighborhood to explore and have dinner at Dallas BBQ. Sunday morning brought us to Chinatown for shopping and lunch before the long bus ride home. A good time was had by all! Check out some pictures from our trip below.
